2. Service Description

Loventra provides premium matchmaking services to help clients find meaningful relationships. Our services include:

• Personal matchmaking consultations
• Profile creation and optimization
• Curated introductions to compatible matches
• Dating coaching and relationship guidance
• Event coordination and social opportunities

3. Membership and Fees

Our services are provided through paid membership packages. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Payment is required in full before services commence.

• Executive Package: $1,000 (6-month commitment)
• Premium Package: $3,000 (12-month commitment)
• Elite Package: $5,000 (12-month commitment)

4. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself
• Maintain professional conduct during all interactions
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other clients
• Follow our matchmaker's guidance and recommendations
• Provide timely feedback after introductions
• Commit to the full duration of your chosen package

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

6. No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to providing exceptional service, Loventra cannot guarantee that you will find a romantic partner or that any specific outcomes will result from our services. Success depends on many factors including client participation, availability, and compatibility.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Loventra reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms, inappropriate conduct, or misrepresentation of information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Loventra's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or representations of clients or potential matches introduced through our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methodologies used by Loventra remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our proprietary information without written consent.

10. Governing Law
